Processing & Shipping

Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. In December and June, shipping times may take longer. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee at checkout. 

We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. Once the package is out of Blue Butterfly's possession please contact USPS for all issues such as lost, stolen or damaged packages.

Items are eligible for return within 3 days of their delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, and they must be unwashed and unworn. No Refunds, Exchanges only. Please contact us if you have any questions.
